Bilingual Assistant (English/Spanish)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual assistant who will provide virtual assistance to health‑care clients, handling calls and managing patient‑related information. The role requires fluency in English and the ability to work in a fast‑paced, service‑oriented environment.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and make calls to English‑speaking individuals.
• Interact with various platforms and databases to retrieve and update information.
• Manage patient and health‑personnel requirements, ensuring accurate documentation.
• Perform other assignments related to the position as needed.

Required profile

• Advanced level of English; fluency in speaking.
• Residency in Caracas, Venezuela.
• Strong orientation to service and attention to detail.
• Punctuality and strict compliance with workplace rules.
• Availability for full‑time, daytime, on‑site work from Monday to Saturday (rotating shifts).
