Bilingual Assistant (English/Spanish) – Call Center

About the role

Access‑Salud is looking for a bilingual assistant who can handle inbound and outbound calls in English for Spanish‑speaking clients. The position supports medical practices by managing patient and staff requests through various digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and place calls with English‑speaking customers.
• Navigate and update information across multiple platforms and databases.
• Process requests from patients and health‑care personnel.
• Perform additional tasks related to the role as needed.

Required profile

• Advanced level of English; fluency in Spanish is required.
• Residency in Caracas, Venezuela.
• Strong orientation to service, attention to detail, punctuality and adherence to rules.
• Availability for full‑time, daytime, on‑site work from Monday to Saturday on rotating shifts.

Required skills

• Ability to converse fluently in English and Spanish.
• Comfort with using technological platforms quickly.
• Capacity to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication, empathy and service skills for diverse age and socioeconomic groups.
