Bilingual Assistant (English/Spanish)

About the role

Access‑Salud is looking for a bilingual assistant who will provide virtual support to health‑care providers and patients. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls in English, interacting with multiple platforms, and ensuring smooth communication between patients and medical staff.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and make calls to English‑speaking clients.
• Navigate and update information across various databases and platforms.
• Assist patients and health personnel with their requests and requirements.
• Perform additional tasks related to the position as needed.

Required profile

• Advanced level of English (fluent speaking and writing).
• Resident of Caracas, Venezuela.
• Strong orientation to service quality and attention to detail.
• Punctual, reliable and able to follow company rules.
• Available for full‑time, daytime, on‑site work from Monday to Saturday (shifts to be defined).
