Automation Expert - Cross-Functional Operations

About the role

We are a fast‑growing vertical SaaS company transforming the plastic surgery industry. We need a self‑motivated Automation Expert who lives by AI tools such as Claude and can design end‑to‑end automation across clinical, marketing and partner‑onboarding functions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build AI‑driven automation workflows for clinical operations (appointment scheduling, referral management, follow‑up communications).
• Create AI‑assisted tools that streamline surgeon and staff processes, including data collection, reporting and compliance.
• Integrate platforms like Claude, Zapier, n8n, Make, Airtable and custom scripts with internal and external systems.
• Collaborate with surgeons, clinical staff, marketing and creative teams to identify repetitive pain points and deliver practical AI solutions.
• Develop automation frameworks for social‑media publishing, content repurposing, video editing support and campaign management.
• Build scalable onboarding playbooks and self‑serve portals for new clinical partners using Notion, HubSpot and internal dashboards.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in automation, systems operations or process design.
• Proven track record of initiating and delivering automation projects without external prompting.
• Hands‑on expertise with Claude (Projects, Agents, API/MCP) or comparable LLM platforms.
