Audiovisual Post-Producer (Bilingual English/Spanish)

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Audiovisual Post-Producer to join our multicultural agency’s creative team. The role focuses on turning raw footage into engaging video content for brand films, campaigns and short‑form formats such as Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts.

Key responsibilities

• Edit and produce video pieces across channels, from brand films to short‑form formats.
• Collaborate with art directors, designers and copywriters to maintain aesthetic and narrative consistency.
• Adapt and repurpose video assets into multiple aspect ratios and platform‑specific formats.
• Integrate sound design, music, basic motion graphics and subtitles during post‑production.
• Contribute ideas in creative sessions, sharing references and trend insights.
• Maintain an organized workflow to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.

Required profile

• Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Minimum 2 years of video editing experience for advertising or digital content.
• Proven experience working in agency or creative department environments.
• Portfolio or reel demonstrating versatility across formats and styles.
• Strong sense of rhythm, narrative structure and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro or similar editing software.
• Experience using Final Cut Pro.
• Ability to work with Adobe After Effects for basic motion graphics.
