Assistant Golf Professional

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Golf Professional to support daily golf operations at one of our private clubs. The role combines Pro Shop duties, event coordination and member service to enhance the overall golf experience.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with members through golf events, personalized interactions and promotion of golf programs.
• Assist in Pro Shop operations, including tee‑time management, check‑in procedures and guest fee processing.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of practice ranges, staging zones and golf‑cart storage.
• Coordinate, promote and manage tournaments, clinics, private lessons and special golf events.
• Support the handicap program and oversee practice facilities to ensure seamless service.
• Provide guidance to golf attendants and Pro Shop staff on customer‑service standards.
• Assist with budgeting, inventory planning, product display, pricing strategies and promotions.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned to support overall club operations.
