About the role

THE/STUDIO is seeking a high‑energy Account Executive to own the SMB tier of its global manufacturing SaaS platform. This fully remote position operates during US business hours and requires professional‑level English proficiency.

Key responsibilities

  • Own the end‑to‑end high‑cadence SMB sales cycle, from prospecting to close.
  • Generate and qualify outbound leads while converting SQLs from SDRs and Creative Specialists.
  • Accelerate deals through a 1–2 week sales cycle, moving prospects from cold outreach to closed‑won.
  • Maintain a precise pipeline in HubSpot, ensuring accurate forecasting and activity metrics.
  • Develop expertise in supply‑chain, manufacturing, and product development to position high‑value solutions.
  • Consistently meet and exceed uncapped monthly and quarterly revenue quotas.

Required profile

  • Strong analytical intelligence and business acumen.
  • Extreme ownership mindset – takes full responsibility for quota and pipeline.
  • Rapid adaptability to candid feedback and changing circumstances.
  • Relentless, hunter‑type attitude with a passion for cold outreach.

Required skills

  • 3+ years of B2B SaaS or tech sales experience, preferably with US SMB markets.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools such as Pipedrive or HubSpot.
  • Experience using Sales Navigator, Lusha, or Apollo for prospecting.
  • Demonstrated cold‑calling expertise and discovery skills.
