Commercial Administrative Assistant – Remote

About the role

Top Notch Roofing is seeking a Commercial Administrative Assistant to support its Commercial Sales Consultant. Working remotely on PST hours, you will provide the structure and follow‑through that enables the sales leader to focus on revenue‑generating activities.

Key responsibilities

• Build and defend the Sales Consultant’s weekly schedule with zero conflicts.
• Track every commitment through to completion, ensuring no missed follow‑ups.
• Prepare take‑offs and estimates, including specifications, EagleView measurements and pricing templates.
• Maintain JobNimbus CRM data with 95‑100% accuracy.
• Proactively flag stalled items before they become problems.

Required profile

• 2+ years supporting a senior leader, owning the structure of their workflow.
• Assertive warmth – comfortable holding senior staff accountable while preserving positive relationships.
• Self‑starter who builds systems without waiting for direction.
• Relentless follow‑through and ownership mindset.

Required skills

• JobNimbus or similar CRM experience.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets (e.g., Excel) for pricing and measurements.
• Familiarity with EagleView measurement tools.
