Remote Sales Representative – US Market (B2B)

About the role
We are looking for a proactive Sales Representative to drive B2B sales for the US market. Working remotely, you will turn inbound leads into long‑term customers for our premium custom glass solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Handle qualified inbound leads supplied by the Lead Qualification team.
- Conduct the majority of client communication (80‑90%) via phone calls and follow‑up emails.
- Partner with the Estimating Department to prepare and present project estimates.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within company guidelines.
- Develop deep product knowledge to explain technical aspects of custom glass.
- Maintain accurate records in HubSpot CRM, including notes, pipeline updates and follow‑ups.
Required profile
- 2‑3+ years of full‑cycle sales experience, preferably B2B.
- Proven ability to work remotely and manage time independently.
- Experience dealing with US‑based clients is a strong advantage.
- Near‑native spoken English (C1+).
- Strong negotiation, objection handling and client communication skills.
- Disciplined use of CRM systems.
