About the role

Falcon Funded is looking for a motivated Sales Agent to join its remote team. The role focuses on engaging Spanish‑speaking prospects through chat, promoting the company’s forex funding solutions, and building lasting client relationships.

Key responsibilities

Conduct chat‑based conversations in Spanish with inbound leads.
Follow provided scripts while tailoring the approach to each customer’s needs.
Deliver a high‑quality customer experience and nurture long‑term relationships.
Manage multiple simultaneous chat interactions efficiently.

Required profile

Minimum 2 years of proven chat‑based sales or comparable sales experience.
Fluent Spanish for client communication and good English for internal coordination.
Self‑starter with the ability to work independently and take responsibility.

Required skills

Forex trading knowledge.
