Remote Appointment Setter & Lead Management Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a motivated remote Appointment Setter & Lead Management Specialist to join a fast‑growing residential electrical and solar services company. The role focuses on handling inbound leads, making outbound follow‑up calls, and scheduling on‑site appointments for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Respond quickly to inbound leads generated from Facebook and other marketing campaigns.
• Make outbound calls throughout the day to qualify and engage potential customers.
• Schedule on‑site appointments for the sales team based on qualification criteria.
• Maintain consistent communication with leads to maximize conversion rates.
• Re‑engage older leads in the pipeline using persistence and follow‑up strategies.
• Assist with administrative tasks during slower lead periods.

Required profile

• Fluent English (C1 level) with a clear accent suitable for speaking to US customers.
• Strong phone presence and confidence in making outbound calls.
• Highly organized and able to work in a fast‑paced sales environment.
• Self‑motivated, persistent, and able to handle high‑volume lead flow.

Required skills

What we offer

• Hourly pay of $7‑$8 (USD) plus commissions.
• $20 bonus for each closed electrical deal and $70 bonus for each closed solar deal.
• Full‑time remote schedule: Monday to Friday, 11 AM‑8 PM PST (flexible).
