Remote Sales Agent – Forex (Spanish Speaking)

About the role

Falcon Funded is looking for a motivated Sales Agent to join its remote team. The role focuses on engaging Spanish‑speaking prospects through chat, promoting the company’s forex funding solutions, and building lasting client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct chat‑based conversations in Spanish with inbound leads.
• Follow provided scripts while tailoring the approach to each customer’s needs.
• Deliver a high‑quality customer experience and nurture long‑term relationships.
• Manage multiple simultaneous chat interactions efficiently.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of proven chat‑based sales or comparable sales experience.
• Fluent Spanish for client communication and good English for internal coordination.
• Self‑starter with the ability to work independently and take responsibility.

Required skills

• Forex trading knowledge.
