About the role
We are seeking a reliable Outreach Specialist to generate and qualify leads for our sales pipeline. The role focuses on proactive prospecting, managing outreach sequences, and maintaining accurate records in our CRM.
Key responsibilities
- Source, research, and qualify prospective clients.
- Send connection requests and manage follow‑up messaging sequences.
- Handle replies and perform timely follow‑ups with prospects.
- Build targeted prospect lists and manage outreach campaigns.
- Record prospect details and keep the CRM up‑to‑date.
- Collaborate with the team to refine messaging and prioritize high‑value leads.
Required profile
- Proven experience in lead‑generation prospecting or sales development.
- Excellent written English and strong communication abilities.
- Comfortable working full‑time on a PST shift.
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Personality traits: critical thinker, experienced, reliable, fast.
