About the role

We are seeking a reliable Outreach Specialist to generate and qualify leads for our sales pipeline. The role focuses on proactive prospecting, managing outreach sequences, and maintaining accurate records in our CRM.

Key responsibilities

Source, research, and qualify prospective clients.
Send connection requests and manage follow‑up messaging sequences.
Handle replies and perform timely follow‑ups with prospects.
Build targeted prospect lists and manage outreach campaigns.
Record prospect details and keep the CRM up‑to‑date.
Collaborate with the team to refine messaging and prioritize high‑value leads.

Required profile

Proven experience in lead‑generation prospecting or sales development.
Excellent written English and strong communication abilities.
Comfortable working full‑time on a PST shift.
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
Personality traits: critical thinker, experienced, reliable, fast.
