Customer Service Representative & Visual Communication Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative and Visual Communication Specialist to be the first point of contact for both existing and prospective customers at our FASTSIGNS center. You will help clients through the entire ordering process, from estimating costs to delivering finished signage.

Key responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, in‑person and on‑site visits.
• Prepare accurate estimates and create work orders for sign projects.
• Coordinate production schedules to ensure timely delivery of finished products.
• Participate in daily team meetings and contribute to business and marketing initiatives.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships, turning prospects into repeat clients.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of retail or counter‑sales experience (preferred).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Outgoing, responsive, eager to learn and able to develop strong relationships.
• Excellent listening and organizational abilities.
• Capable of working under pressure while maintaining high‑quality output.
