About the role
The Customer Service Representative will be the initial point of contact for both existing and prospective customers at the FASTSIGNS Center, handling inquiries and supporting the sales process.
Key responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for current and prospective customers in the FASTSIGNS Center.
- Prepare estimates, create work orders and ensure timely delivery of finished signs.
- Participate in daily team meetings and contribute to business and marketing plans.
- Communicate with customers via email, telephone, in‑person visits and on‑site consultations.
- Build long‑lasting relationships by turning prospects into long‑term clients.
Required profile
- 2–3 years of retail or counter‑sales experience (preferred).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Outgoing, responsive and eager to learn with strong relationship‑building abilities.
- Excellent listening and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high‑volume, high‑quality output.
