Customer Service Representative / Visual Communication Specialist

About the role

FASTSIGNS #69301 is looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative / Visual Communication Specialist to be the first point of contact for both existing and prospective customers. You will help prepare estimates, manage work orders, and ensure timely delivery of finished signage projects while contributing to daily team meetings and business initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the initial contact with customers via email, phone, in‑person, and on‑site visits.
• Prepare accurate estimates and create work orders for signage projects.
• Coordinate production schedules to guarantee on‑time delivery of finished orders.
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships by turning prospects into repeat customers.
• Participate in daily team meetings and support marketing and business plans for the center.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of retail or counter‑sales experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Outgoing, responsive, eager to learn, and able to build relationships.
• Strong listening and organizational abilities.
• Capable of working under pressure to produce high‑volume, high‑quality work.
