Customer Service Representative (Future Opening)

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for both existing and prospective customers at our FASTSIGNS center. You will help prepare estimates, manage work orders and ensure timely delivery of finished signage.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, in‑person and on‑site visits.
• Prepare and present estimates and work orders.
• Coordinate production and delivery to meet customer timelines.
• Participate in daily team meetings and contribute to business and marketing plans.
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of retail or counter‑sales experience (preferred).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Outgoing, responsive, eager to learn and able to build relationships.
• Strong listening and organizational abilities.
• Capable of working under pressure while delivering high‑quality work.
