About the role
We are looking for a Booking Consultant to manage our inbound tour operations in Venezuela. The role involves direct interaction with overseas clients and handling the full booking cycle from quotation to travel completion.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate complete tour operations, including air, hotel, transfers and excursions.
- Manage quotations from issuance through the travel date.
- Perform data entry and clerical accounting tasks related to bookings.
- Handle additional duties as required by the team.
Required profile
- Detail‑oriented with strong multitasking abilities.
- Excellent attendance and customer‑service orientation.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with standard office software and hardware.
- Ability to work with email, online booking tools and contracted fares.
Required skills
- Amadeus or Sabre GDS knowledge.
- Experience with CRS and Office suite.
