Forex Sales Agent

About the role

Falcon Funded is seeking a motivated Forex Sales Agent to engage Spanish‑speaking prospects through chat. You will be the first point of contact for inbound leads, helping them understand how our funding platform can accelerate their trading success.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct chat‑based conversations in Spanish with potential inbound leads.
• Follow provided scripts while tailoring the dialogue to each prospect’s needs.
• Deliver a high‑quality customer experience and nurture long‑term relationships.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of proven success in chat‑based sales or comparable sales experience.
• Fluent Spanish for client communication and a good level of English for internal coordination.
• Ability to handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
• Mandatory knowledge of Forex trading.
• Self‑starter with strong responsibility and the capacity to work independently.
