Appointment Setter

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Appointment Setter to help expand our client’s customer base by connecting with qualified law firms across the United States. You will work remotely, supporting the Business Development team by filling the sales pipeline with qualified discovery calls and product demos.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to law firms.
• Identify and engage decision‑makers within target firms.
• Generate interest in litigation support solutions and introduce services.
• Qualify prospects based on predefined criteria.
• Schedule discovery calls and product demonstrations for the Business Development team.
• Manage the sales calendar to ensure a steady flow of qualified meetings.
• Confirm appointments and follow up to maximize attendance.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and track outreach activity.
• Collaborate with the sales team to refine prospecting strategies.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in appointment setting, sales development, business development, or inside sales.
• Excellent spoken and written English (C1/C2 preferred).
• Strong phone presence and confidence speaking with business decision‑makers.
• Experience with outbound prospecting and lead qualification.
• Highly organized with excellent follow‑up skills.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and comfortable working independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Familiarity with outbound sales tools.
