About the role

This part‑time, remote position involves handling inbound and outbound calls with prospective and existing clients, providing information about Lingua Learn’s language programs and franchise services, and guiding leads through the sales process.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective and existing clients, providing information about Lingua Learn’s language programs and franchise services.
• Qualify leads, schedule consultations or follow‑up calls, and keep CRM records up to date.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely responses and smooth onboarding of clients.
• Answer customer inquiries, support sales campaigns, and follow up on warm leads.
• Maintain consistent availability during agreed shifts and document interactions accurately.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer service skills, able to handle calls professionally.
• Sales experience including lead qualification, follow‑up and call‑based conversion techniques.
• Experience in insurance or similar service‑industry, comfortable explaining service packages and benefits.
• Training‑related knowledge to understand and relay information about language courses and onboarding processes.
• Prior call‑center or tele‑sales experience, familiarity with CRM systems and basic data entry.
• Reliable internet connection, quiet remote workspace, strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
