About the role

Access‑Salud is looking for a bilingual assistant to support its virtual health assistance services. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls in English, interacting with various platforms and databases, and assisting patients and health personnel with their needs.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and make phone calls with English‑speaking clients.
• Navigate and update information across multiple technological platforms and databases.
• Manage and coordinate requests from patients and healthcare staff.
• Perform additional tasks related to the position as required.

Required profile

• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Residence in Caracas (mandatory).
• Strong orientation to service quality and attention to detail.
• Punctuality and adherence to company policies.
• Availability for full‑time, daytime shifts, Monday to Saturday (rotating schedule).

Required skills

• Fluent spoken English.
• Comfortable using various technology platforms in a fast‑paced environment.
