Virtual Assistant – English-speaking, US Customer Support

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Virtual Assistant to handle daily communication with U.S.-based customers. The role is fully remote and requires fluent spoken and written English to manage phone calls, SMS, and email interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Answer and make phone calls in English.
• Follow up with leads via phone, SMS, and email.
• Schedule appointments for sales representatives.
• Update and maintain CRM records.
• Manage lead pipelines and follow‑up tasks.
• Handle administrative and customer‑support tasks.
• Document conversations and customer interactions.
• Assist with daily operational activities and maintain accurate reports.

Required profile

• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Previous virtual assistant experience.
• Experience working with U.S.-based customers.
• Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
