About the role

We are seeking a proactive Virtual Assistant to handle daily communication with U.S.-based customers. The role is fully remote and requires fluent spoken and written English to manage phone calls, SMS, and email interactions.

Key responsibilities

Answer and make phone calls in English.
Follow up with leads via phone, SMS, and email.
Schedule appointments for sales representatives.
Update and maintain CRM records.
Manage lead pipelines and follow‑up tasks.
Handle administrative and customer‑support tasks.
Document conversations and customer interactions.
Assist with daily operational activities and maintain accurate reports.

Required profile

Fluent spoken and written English.
Previous virtual assistant experience.
Experience working with U.S.-based customers.
Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
