About the role
We are seeking a proactive Virtual Assistant to handle daily communication with U.S.-based customers. The role is fully remote and requires fluent spoken and written English to manage phone calls, SMS, and email interactions.
Key responsibilities
- Answer and make phone calls in English.
- Follow up with leads via phone, SMS, and email.
- Schedule appointments for sales representatives.
- Update and maintain CRM records.
- Manage lead pipelines and follow‑up tasks.
- Handle administrative and customer‑support tasks.
- Document conversations and customer interactions.
- Assist with daily operational activities and maintain accurate reports.
Required profile
- Fluent spoken and written English.
- Previous virtual assistant experience.
- Experience working with U.S.-based customers.
- Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
