About the role

Key responsibilities

• Drive technology assessment and validation processes, providing technical guidance to clients.
• Conduct final screening and interviews to identify the best engineers for each position.
• Participate in client meetings to understand required engineering profiles.
• Work across diverse tech stacks, including web (frontend & backend), mobile, QA, DevOps, and data engineering.
• Stay up‑to‑date with market trends and emerging technologies.
• Train candidates in various technologies as needed.
• Collaborate with the sales team to improve time‑to‑market for staffing resources.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the IT industry.
• Proven track record in software development across multiple programming languages and domains.
• Strong technical presentation and communication abilities.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
