Senior Full Stack Engineer – Remote

About the role

MincaAI is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to design, build, and scale a production‑grade platform for a major insurance client. The role is fully remote and involves close collaboration with AI engineers, other developers, and senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement a full‑stack application that supports real operational insurance workflows.
• Develop scalable backend services, APIs, and data pipelines using Python or Node.js.
• Create clean, intuitive frontend interfaces with React and Next.js.
• Integrate external systems, databases, and enterprise tools.
• Ensure platform performance, reliability, and maintainability.
• Work closely with AI engineers to embed AI features seamlessly.
• Own features from concept through production deployment.

Required profile

• 10+ years of full‑stack development experience.
• Strong backend expertise (Python, Node.js, API design, system architecture).
• Proven frontend skills with React and Next.js.
• Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL.
• AI‑first development mindset and comfort using AI coding tools.
