About the role
The Sales Supervisor will lead the smartphone channel sales effort, building strong relationships with key customers and ensuring the smooth flow of orders, inventory, and performance tracking. This role combines market analysis, strategic guidance, and hands‑on customer engagement to drive sales growth.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and maintain relationships with key customers, overseeing order collection, follow‑up, and real‑time sales performance tracking.
- Analyze monthly customer operations and market conditions to provide strategic guidance and help clients meet sales targets.
- Communicate and implement sales policies for secondary channel agents, collaborating with primary channel managers to optimise channel performance based on regional market trends and competition.
- Oversee customer PSI (Purchase, Sales, Inventory) control, conduct inventory turnover analysis, and gather market and competitor data to improve market share and financial efficiency.
- Develop and execute customer engagement strategies through regular visits and tailored sales approaches to secure long‑term business growth.
- Maintain deep knowledge of competitor channel strategies, key secondary customers, and sales policies, delivering actionable solutions aligned with market dynamics.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the smartphone industry.
- Strong understanding of channel sales, customer management, and market dynamics.
- High level of English proficiency.
