Sales Representative – Telematics (Remote, Venezuela)

About the role
Teltonika is seeking a Sales Representative to expand its telematics business in Venezuela. You will promote industry‑leading GPS tracking solutions for fleet management across logistics, agriculture, car sharing, construction and more, while sharpening your B2B sales expertise.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify potential and growth opportunities.
- Build and maintain long‑term relationships with new and existing customers through daily contact, presentations and visits.
- Prepare commercial offers and negotiate contracts to meet sales targets.
- Represent Teltonika at exhibitions and meetings abroad.
- Collaborate with technical support and product specialists to address customer requirements.
- Use CRM systems to record and process client information.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of hands‑on B2B telematics sales experience with proven results.
- Strong background in IoT, specifically telematics solutions.
- Demonstrated cold‑calling, pipeline generation and proactive client acquisition skills.
- Experience delivering business presentations and leading client meetings.
- Track record of working under KPIs and meeting deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in a commercial or business field.
- English proficiency at least B2 (spoken, written, comprehension).
