Retail Marketing Expert (Caracas)

About the role

As a Retail Marketing Expert you will join Colgate-Palmolive's Commercial/Sales team in Caracas, driving tools and strategies that boost sales and profitability across key retail channels. You will own buyer and shopper insights, turning market data into actionable decisions that keep Colgate-Palmolive products top‑of‑mind at the point of purchase.

Key responsibilities

• Implement the 7 P’s strategy across assigned retail environments to maximise brand visibility.
• Manage financial performance, monitoring gross‑to‑net and margin targets.
• Collaborate with Consumer Marketing and Customer Development to design integrated plans, incentives and offers.
• Develop and execute promotional activities, including requisitions for promotional materials.
• Analyse shopper and market insights to build data‑driven decision frameworks aligned with long‑term priorities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree completed.
• Minimum 2 years experience in Sales, Marketing or Trade Marketing.
• Intermediate level of English.
• Experience with Modern Trade channels is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Suite.
• Experience using Nielsen data platforms for market analysis.
