About the role
We are seeking a strategic and analytical Influencer Marketing Specialist to lead our relationships with content creators and micro‑influencers in Caracas. Your work will directly influence authentic brand engagement and drive measurable sales.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and scout creators whose audience and style align with our brand DNA.
- Negotiate and manage collaborations with micro‑influencers.
- Track and analyze campaign performance to ensure clear ROI.
- Report insights and optimize future influencer strategies.
Required profile
- Fluent English (intermediate/advanced) for daily communication.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, specifically managing influencer campaigns.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable plans.
