Recruiting Analyst (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a proactive Recruiting Analyst to support its global staffing initiatives. Working fully remotely, you will partner with recruiting, operations, and client services teams to ensure the right talent is matched to the right opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the staffing strategy for all open positions.
• Gather and verify detailed candidate profiles and assignment requirements.
• Collaborate with the recruiting department to source and identify qualified candidates.
• Present candidate shortlists to internal stakeholders and external clients.
• Work with Operations and Client Services to uncover cross‑selling and farming opportunities.
• Suggest and implement improvements to staffing and recruitment processes.

Required profile

• Strong analytical ability with extreme attention to detail.
• Excellent prioritisation and multitasking skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Systems, HR or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in staffing or project management.
• Advanced level of English.
• Desirable: at least 1 year of recruitment experience.
