Talent Acquisition Associate (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev® is seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to be the first point of contact with candidates worldwide. You will help shape the candidate experience by conducting initial outreach, scheduling interviews, and maintaining accurate records.

Key responsibilities

• Review candidate information to evaluate general fit for open positions.
• Contact candidates via phone, video, LinkedIn, or email to confirm interest and guide them through the process.
• Schedule interviews, send invitations, and keep the recruitment system up‑to‑date.
• Support interviewers by providing candidate profiles, experience summaries, and motivation insights.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail when handling candidate data.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
