Quality Architect Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Quality Architect Engineer to lead and evolve our quality engineering practice across a portfolio of web and mobile products. The role combines strategic planning, governance, and hands‑on leadership to embed a quality‑first mindset throughout the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the Quality Engineering strategy for multiple products, establishing standards, governance frameworks and best‑practice testing processes.
• Lead, mentor and grow a QA organization of roughly 15 members, including internal and client‑side resources.
• Drive adoption of AI‑powered testing, intelligent automation and Agentic AI solutions to improve test efficiency and product quality.
• Collaborate with product, development and operations teams to integrate quality practices into Agile delivery cycles.
• Coordinate multiple teams, priorities and delivery streams while ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of experience in software quality assurance or test automation, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record defining quality strategies, testing frameworks and QA governance models.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Advanced English proficiency and willingness to relocate.
