Product Research & Sourcing Specialist (Remote)

About the role

Rah, a fast‑growing snack brand, is seeking a remote Product Research & Sourcing Specialist to identify, validate, and commercialize high‑potential product opportunities across online and retail channels. You will blend market intelligence, supplier outreach, and product development to bring new snacks from concept to launch.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze internal market and keyword data to filter high‑potential product ideas.
• Validate demand by assessing competitor pricing, positioning, and customer reviews.
• Source and communicate with domestic and international manufacturers, comparing quotes, MOQs, lead times, and capabilities.
• Collaborate with suppliers on product design, packaging, and feasibility studies.
• Maintain a structured pipeline, tracking each opportunity from research through sourcing and launch.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and research abilities.
• Experience evaluating market data and sales trends.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple supplier relationships.
