Paid Media Buyer – Full‑time Contractor

About the role

NeoWork is looking for a Media Buyer Operator‑Analyst to run paid‑media campaigns for an AI‑powered media and creative services client in the US. This full‑time contractor role blends hands‑on campaign execution with deep analytical thinking, focusing on incremental customer acquisition and business‑level economics rather than platform‑reported metrics.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, launch, and manage paid campaigns on Meta, Google, YouTube, and TikTok for e‑commerce brands.
• Run brand‑building, engagement, and non‑purchase campaigns alongside direct‑response efforts.
• Extract and analyse data from ad platforms, Shopify, and GA4 using spreadsheets, pivot tables, and trend analysis.
• Maintain a daily change log documenting actions, rationale, results, and learnings.
• Evaluate performance against incremental and first‑party attribution frameworks.
• Propose data‑driven optimisations with clear business cases, expected upside, risks, and post‑implementation monitoring.
• Provide structured daily and weekly updates on account health, spend, audience mix, creative performance, and next steps.
• Collaborate with client leadership and engineering on AI tooling for media buying.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience managing paid media on Meta, Google, and TikTok.
• Strong understanding of incrementality, acquisition MER, and marginal return concepts.
• Excellent analytical abilities – comfortable exporting raw data, building pivot tables, spotting trends and data‑quality issues.
• Experience creating and excluding audiences across Meta and YouTube.
• Proven habit of thorough documentation and clear written communication in English.
