About the role
Join Mondelēz International in Venezuela as a Trade Marketing Analyst. You will work with cross‑functional global and regional teams to implement brand strategies that drive sustainable growth and support profit‑and‑loss management, new product development, and platform opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Execute the brand strategy for assigned brands, including product and packaging initiatives.
- Implement pricing strategies and develop integrated marketing communication and media plans.
- Provide recommendations for commercial plans and support the execution of marketing plans to meet revenue and profit targets.
- Monitor performance metrics and contribute to 360‑degree campaign development based on consumer insights.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with brand vision and business objectives.
Required profile
- Strong desire to accelerate your career in a fast‑moving consumer goods environment.
- Proven experience delivering results in marketing, preferably within FMCG.
- Ability to work autonomously, influence stakeholders, and present compelling stories.
- Analytical mindset balanced with creativity and commercial acumen.
- Project‑management skills from design to completion.
