International Trade & Marketing Assistant (Junior Level)

About the role

River Global is seeking a motivated junior professional to support its international trade and marketing activities. This remote position offers recent graduates or early‑career candidates hands‑on exposure to global business projects and trade promotion initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to local companies interested in international opportunities.
• Introduce foreign exporters and their product portfolios to potential local buyers.
• Conduct follow‑up communications and coordinate between buyers and suppliers.
• Prepare reports summarizing meetings, outreach activities, and market insights.
• Support market research, monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
• Assist the consulting team with trade promotion and business development tasks.
• Coordinate meetings and handle administrative and operational tasks for international projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or final‑year studies in Marketing, International Business, International Relations, Communications, or related fields.
• 0–2 years of experience in marketing, international trade, customer relations, or similar areas.
• Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Organized, proactive, and eager to learn in an international business environment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
