About the role
As a Corporate Travel and Mobility Agent you will manage international travel arrangements for both clients and employees, ensuring smooth itineraries across multiple time zones and cultures. The position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while collaborating with global stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Research, arrange, and coordinate travel, transportation, accommodation, health insurance, meals, car hire and related services according to budget and requirements.
- Prepare cost projections, submit and reconcile expense reports.
- Analyze existing processes, identify savings opportunities and improve efficiency.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of passport, visa, and travel regulations for various destinations.
- Lead visa strategy execution and coordinate flights, housing, benefits and compensation packages, often working with relocation firms or government officials.
- Document and continuously improve travel and mobility processes.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate travel.
- At least 4 years of experience in travel planning.
- Good level of English.
