Purchasing and Partnership Management Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a Purchasing and Partnership Management Coordinator to streamline our procurement processes and deepen relationships with strategic partners. You will act as the central point for all acquisition activities, ensuring efficiency, transparency, and value creation.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate administrative operations related to acquisitions, guaranteeing timely and efficient execution.
• Implement and continuously improve procurement methodologies that promote effectiveness and transparency.
• Manage and nurture relationships with local, regional, and international suppliers and subcontractors.
• Identify new sourcing opportunities with global vendors and negotiate mutually beneficial commercial agreements.
• Validate the technical suitability of suppliers against project standards.
• Oversee onboarding of new collaborators, including contract formalization, NDAs, and service deliverable management.
• Transform supplier interactions into long‑term strategic collaborations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in procurement or purchasing coordination roles.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Capacity to work both autonomously and collaboratively in a fast‑moving environment.
• Results‑oriented mindset with a strategic focus on supplier management.
