About the role
This full‑time, on‑site position in Quito focuses on B2B sales. You will identify and engage potential business clients, understand their needs and present tailored solutions to build lasting partnerships.
Key responsibilities
- Prospect, qualify and engage new business clients in the B2B market.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication.
- Analyse client requirements and propose customized solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed targets.
- Follow up on leads, ensure client satisfaction and foster long‑term partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to convey customer needs and support service delivery.
Required profile
- Proven sales and negotiation experience in a B2B environment.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or surpass sales targets.
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
- Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and able to work independently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
- Knowledge of the US market is a plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM software and other sales‑related tools.
What we offer
- Base salary starting at $500 USD, adjusted for knowledge.
- Commission of $25 USD per online appointment and $50 USD per face‑to‑face appointment.
- High commissions on closed deals and salary increases for new client acquisitions.
- Bonus and incentive programmes linked to performance.
