About the role
We are looking for a proactive Administrative & Operations Assistant to support our fast‑paced remote team. The role is initially a three‑month fixed‑term project, with the possibility of extension based on performance. You will help streamline daily operations, manage e‑commerce tasks, and provide essential administrative support.
Key responsibilities
- Provide general administrative assistance to internal teams and clients, including calendar management and meeting coordination.
- Maintain organized inboxes, draft basic email responses, and prepare meeting agendas and follow‑up summaries.
- Handle Shopify tasks such as product updates, inventory reviews, order tracking, and listing maintenance.
- Perform basic data entry and reconciliations in QuickBooks, ensuring accurate financial records.
- Deliver courteous customer and client support via email and phone.
Required profile
- Prior experience with Shopify and QuickBooks (both required).
- English proficiency at A2–B1 level and full fluency in Spanish.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and independent‑working abilities.
- Professional communication and follow‑up skills.

What we offer
- Compensation of USD 600‑650 per month.
