Account Executive – SaaS E-commerce Sales

About the role
THE/STUDIO is seeking a high‑energy, data‑driven Account Executive to close SMB‑tier deals and grow revenue on its sourcing and manufacturing SaaS platform. This remote position will manage the full sales cycle, from cold outreach to closing, and nurture ongoing customer relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Own the end‑to‑end SMB sales process: cold outreach, discovery, demos, proposals, negotiation, and closing.
- Identify product development challenges for customers and map SaaS solutions that deliver measurable value.
- Maintain a robust pipeline in HubSpot, handling tasks, cadence, forecasting, and reporting with discipline.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue, activity, and conversion targets.
- Provide market insights to refine sales processes, product positioning, and go‑to‑market strategies.
- Prepare sales reports, deal reviews, and performance insights for internal leadership.
- Ensure low churn by transitioning closed‑won accounts into long‑term relationships.
Required profile
- 3+ years of sales or Account Executive experience, preferably in a fast‑paced startup environment.
- Proven ability to manage a high‑cadence sales cycle and close deals independently.
- Resilient, outcome‑focused, and proactive in identifying new opportunities.
Required skills
- HubSpot CRM proficiency.
