Visual Store Merchandising Lead (Full-Time)

About the role

As a Visual Store Merchandising Lead you will support and guide visual merchandising and operational processes within a Kohl’s store. You will create compelling visual stories that drive sales and enhance the customer experience, working closely with store leadership and the District Visual Lead.

Key responsibilities

• Support store leadership in visual and merchandising planning and execution.
• Implement visual presentations consistently according to corporate standards.
• Update merchandise sets based on product availability and sell‑through.
• Maintain clean, organized visual components and storage areas.
• Oversee installation, timing, removal or disposal of visual initiatives and capital projects.
• Conduct regular store walks with leadership to prioritize merchandise and visual standards.
• Partner with the District Visual Lead to provide feedback and align with company strategies.
• Follow product protection guidelines to minimize shortage.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new associates.
• Provide friendly assistance to customers throughout the store.

Required profile

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Limited travel to support new store openings.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Retail or service industry experience preferred.
