UX/UI Developer (Remote)

About the role

INDI is looking for senior UX/UI developers to join its distributed development team. You will work on multicultural projects across mobile, web and device applications, delivering high‑quality user experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with one or more Scrum teams and iterate UX designs in an agile environment.
• Work directly with customers to gather UX requirements and propose improvements based on experience.
• Create quick mock‑ups and prototypes, gather feedback, and refine designs.
• Design high‑quality UI following modern design principles for commercial software.
• Illustrate and optimise software workflows to enhance overall user experience.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience as a developer.
• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Required skills

• Proficiency in UX/UI design principles and tools.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
• Ability to prototype and create mock‑ups quickly.
