UX/UI Developer - Remote

About the role

INDI is seeking experienced UX/UI Senior Developers to join its distributed development team. The role is fully remote and involves collaborating with multicultural scrum teams to create high‑quality user experiences for web, mobile and device applications.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with one or more scrum teams, iterating UX designs in an agile environment.
• Engage with customers to capture real UX requirements and anticipate needed changes.
• Produce quick mockups and prototypes, gather feedback, and refine designs.
• Design high‑quality UI following modern design principles for commercial software.
• Illustrate and optimise software workflows to enhance overall user experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience as a developer.
• At least 5 years of hands‑on UX/UI experience.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
• Advanced English proficiency.
