Treasury Analyst

About the role

Mondelēz International is hiring a Treasury Analyst in Caracas, Venezuela, to carry out day-to-day treasury activities and projects in the area. The role covers banking operations, short-term borrowing and investments, cross-currency funds flow, FX hedging execution, cash flow measurement and forecasting, intercompany funding and treasury controlling and reporting. Accuracy according to established processes and policies is required, and the analyst works independently and may supervise others.

Key responsibilities

• Execute treasury operations such as banking operations, short-term borrowing and investments, cross-currency funds flow, FX hedging, intercompany funding, cash management and treasury reporting
• Contribute to a strong controls and compliance environment and comply with treasury policies
• Take part in treasury initiatives and embrace continuous improvement, identifying ways to improve work in the area
• Share best practices with peers and help develop the treasury team

Required profile

• Experience and knowledge of treasury, including short-term funding and investment, FX management, bank account management, compliance, accounting and reporting
• Relevant experience in a large global corporation
• Basic understanding of the business and finance beyond treasury
• Leadership skills, including business partnering and communication across a large global public company
• Growth and digital mindset, using technology to improve efficiency
• Integrity and sound judgement aligned with company values, policies and external regulations

Required skills

• SAP experience is essential
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools

The position is regular, with no relocation support available. Mondelez's Latin American business unit has 1,448 colleagues in Venezuela, with its corporate headquarters in Caracas.
