Sales Finance Analyst

About the role

Mondelēz International is hiring a Sales Finance Analyst in Caracas, Venezuela, to carry out detailed finance work, transaction processing and data structuring under the guidance of the Finance Manager. The role covers data collection, information integrity, reconciliation monitoring and basic checks and controls.

Key responsibilities

• Take part in finance planning and performance management, including annual contract planning and forecasting, target development, financial performance reporting and analysis, financial modelling and decision support for a defined scope (region, business unit, country, supply chain, business services or corporate finance).
• Collect data and check data integrity.
• Help maintain a strong controls and compliance environment and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Run ad hoc analyses and projects requested by the Senior Finance Manager or Director.
• Support projects that improve efficiency and ways of working, and contribute to a high-performing finance team.

Required profile

• Experience and knowledge in financial analysis and data collection and structuring.
• A basic understanding of the business, the consumer packaged goods industry and the local snacking market.
• Relevant experience in a regional (or large local) business.
• Leadership skills, including collaboration and communication within a finance team.
• Growth and digital mindset, with the ability to use technology to improve efficiency.
• Integrity and sound judgement aligned with company values, policies and external regulations.

No relocation support is available. The position is regular, in Finance Planning and Performance Management.
