Test Automation Engineer (Cypress) – Remote

About the role

Join a global technology leader as a Test Automation Engineer focused on Cypress. You will create and maintain automated test suites that guarantee high‑quality web applications while collaborating closely with development and product teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive end‑to‑end test suites using Cypress and JavaScript.
• Develop isolated component tests to validate individual UI elements and frontend logic.
• Utilize Cypress’s native browser execution to detect and resolve defects early.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous feedback on code changes.
• Work with developers and product owners to define testable criteria and ensure robust performance.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in test automation, quality assurance, or software engineering.
• Proven expertise building end‑to‑end and component tests with Cypress.
• Advanced proficiency in JavaScript for test script development.
• Strong understanding of frontend testing methodologies and in‑browser execution.
• Experience integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Advanced English communication skills.
