Technical Support Engineer (Full Bilingual)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Technical Support Engineer to join our team in Venezuela. The role involves providing first‑line technical assistance to clients using Hikvision security solutions, both remotely and on‑site. The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to and follow up on technical support tickets.
• Provide direct assistance to clients to identify and solve IT issues.
• Remotely access client systems and devices for diagnostics.
• Install and configure hardware, software, and network components.
• Travel to client offices or server locations when required.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, network, and software incidents.
• Propose practical and effective solutions.
• Deliver basic user training on software.
• Build and maintain strong, trust‑based client relationships.
• Prepare detailed work and performance reports.

Required profile

• Professional degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Communications, IT, or related fields).
• At least 2 + years of experience in technical support or in the technology and security sector.
